Mickey Kuhn Parents: Meet Theodore Matthew Michael Kuhn Sr, Pearl Hicks
Mickey Kuhn, an American actor best known for his appearance in the 1939 Civil War classic “Gone With the Wind”. He was born on September 21, 1932 and died November 20, 2022. He was 90 years old.
He was born in Waukegan, Illinois to Theodore Matthew Michael Kuhn Sr and his wife Pearl Hicks.
Much is not known about his parents. But they are not alive. They died years ago.
Aside portraying Beau Wilkes, the son of Ashley and Melanie Wilkes, portrayed by Leslie Howard and Olivia de Havilland, respectively in the drama, he also starred in:
- 1945’s “Dick Tracy,”
- 1948’s “Red River” and
- 1951’s “A Streetcar Named Desire.”
He left the film industry in 1956, making his final acting appearance on the TV show Alfred Hitchcock Presents.
As of 2017, Kuhn was living in Naples, Florida, and volunteered four hours per week at a local hospital.
He died on Nov. 20, 2022 as revealed by Barbara, his wife of many years.
He is survived by his wife Barbara, a son named Mick and a daughter named Patricia.
