According to the company’s website, it is a family-owned preschool founded in Jacksonville more than 60 years ago.

Regarding his family, it is said that his father serves as a pastor at Rebirth Church.

A Twitter user also wrote, “Anthony Guadalupe has been molesting children at my 5-year-old sister’s school” after the crime. He is free on bail because his pastor’s father from the Rebirth Church posted $10k to allow his son to leave prison.

Johns School Staffer Anthony Guadalupe Was Arrest For Sexual Misconduct

The report reveals that a mother and father reported Guadalupe to SJCSO for touching their child indecently.

SJSO spoke with the parents on Tuesday after responding to the school. The arrest report stated that the girl’s father claimed to have observed his daughter “pushing her underpants back up to conceal her private area” when he picked her up on Monday night.

The parents claimed their youngster informed them that Guadalupe had hidden a toy inside her underwear. Following their hearing, they requested a review of the footage, which showed Guadalupe touching the child “inappropriately in the classroom.”

Based on the arrest report, the kid was seen on Guadalupe’s lap briefly in the video.

As the youngster stood in front of Guadalupe, facing away from him, he was “seen pulling the back of” her clothing multiple times and looked to be “touching his groin area,” as stated in the arrest report.

Is Anthony Guadalupe In Jail? Charges Explained

Guadalupe was taken into custody on Tuesday night and was given a $100,000 bond before being checked into the St. Johns County Jail. However, on Wednesday evening, he was let out of jail.

A bond hearing will be held on Wednesday at 1:30 PM. Although he has not yet received a formal arraignment, his attorney has entered a not-guilty plea on his behalf in St. Johns County Circuit Court.

Likewise, Guadalupe is also waiving pretrial appearances, which is included in his written plea, so he will likely show up in court on Wednesday.
