Carly Patterson Siblings: Meet Jordan Patterson
Carly Rae Patterson is a singer, composer, and former artistic gymnast from the United States. She won the all-around title in the 2004 Olympics, becoming the first American to do so in a non-boycotted Olympics, and is a member of the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame.
Patterson started gymnastics in 1994 after going to a cousin’s birthday celebration at a Baton Rouge gymnastics club (Elite Gymnastics).
Patterson earned the silver medal in the balance beam event final on August 23, 2004, with a score of 9.775 behind Cătălina Ponor of Romania.
Following the Olympics, she was featured on the TV show Hollywood at Home in December 2011. Patterson served as the spokesperson for the Taylor’s Gift Foundation’s 2012 organ donation challenge.

Jordan Patterson is Carly’s only sibling. She is the daughter of Ricky and Natalie Patterson. Her mother was a gymnast as well. Being a contender for the 2004 Olympic Team is Patterson’s aim in the sport of gymnastics.
Her interests include swimming, biking, and computers, and she enjoyed studying dental hygiene in college. Her parents, siblings, and coaches serve as Patterson’s role models.
